About · A Kentucky company

Built for the smaller order.

Patterson Pioneer is a wholesale distributor of everyday consumer goods, founded in Kentucky in 2025. We supply the businesses that buy by the case rather than by the truckload: independent stores, online sellers, and the offices and facilities that keep their supply closets stocked.

Why we exist

Small stores buy differently.

A big chain orders by the truckload and runs its own warehouses. An independent store, a convenience store, or an online seller orders a few dozen cases at a time, often across several categories, and still needs them packed well and shipped the right way.

That is the order we are set up for. We keep the catalog focused on goods that sell every week, pack orders to arrive ready to shelve, and handle the account by email so the paperwork stays simple.

02How we workFive rules

Five rules on the packing table.

The way we handle every account, from the first email to the hundredth reorder.

01

Answer in writing

Every question, quote, and change is handled by email, so you always have a record of what was agreed.

02

Sell the case, not the truckload

We keep case packs and order sizes practical for smaller stores, and we say plainly what the minimum is for each category when your account is set up.

03

Pack it to arrive

Heavy cases go on the bottom, crushable ones on top, nothing hangs over the edge, and every pallet is wrapped tight for the trip.

04

Be straight about stock

If an item is out, we tell you before the order ships and suggest a substitute you can accept or decline.

05

Make the reorder easy

A reorder should take one email. We keep your usual lines on file so the next order starts where the last one ended.
